Please do not complete the shadowing request form for ICE hours without contacting our office first.

Submissions to the request form are always treated as shadowing requests unless we know otherwise, which means they are subject to the shadowing limitations (8 hours a semester, strictly observation) which may not be beneficial when looking for ICE hours.
