MSU CHM students are required to schedule through our office and should be directed to us if they reach out to you directly.
MSU undergraduate and high school students are not required to schedule through us. You can direct them to us if you would like to, and we are happy to assist, but they do not need to go through our office to request shadowing. Pre-Med Students scheduling shadowing through our office complete an extensive application packet, which includes providing the following documentation:
HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogen training certificates
Immunization records
Negative TB test within the past 12 months
Sparrow Confidentiality Agreement
Sparrow Observer Agreement
Parental approval letter (if under 18)
Please note that we can not arrange shadowing for MSU alumni, graduate students, or undergraduates at institutions other than MSU
