Dr. Power graduated from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in May of 2014. She completed her residency training in Emergency Medicine at McLaren Greater Lansing and Sparrow Hospital where she served as chief resident in her senior year. In addition to her duties as a Board Certified Emergency Physician, she is also an Assistant Professor at MSU CHM, and is the lead preceptor for the second year medical student rotation in Emergency Medicine at Sparrow Hospital. As the Community Assistant Dean, she oversees the third and fourth year medical students who are training on the Lansing campus. Some of her duties in this role include mentoring, teaching and career advising.
